We accept major cards payments via PayPal only.
PA Residents
State Sales Tax of 7% is applied to your order.
Order Fulfilment
Many of the items listed are one of a kind and unique collectibles, as such not always available.
We try our best to keep our inventory and prices on the site up to date.
If the item is currently available it will be shipped as fast as possible.
If your order can not be filled we will issue a refund and inform you promptly.
We rely on manufacturer for information for the accuracy of the item detail.
We make no guarantees of representations for particular purpose or use.
Shipping and Handling
We ship USPS. If overnight or next day shipping is required please
e-mail ORDERS@TOYHABIT.COM at the time of ordering.
Please provide a valid verified address.
We will not be responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address provided with order
All orders are shipped same or next business day.
For International shipments outside of USA- ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY.
International orders will be invoiced for additional shipping fees via PayPal.
Return Policy
We carefully inspect and photograph items prior to shipping and utilize utmost care in packing, however
if you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us and the shipping agent as soon as possible.
If there is a problem with your order and we have made the mistake, for example - we shipped the wrong item or color,
we will happily exchange the item if it is available or accept a return.
We will not accept a return because you changed your mind.
Mint items in sealed original packaging carry manufacturer warranty. Customer should contact item manufacturer directly.
In regards to vintage, non-mint items, sold without the original factory packaging, we do our best to describe
and photograph their condition and they are sold as is, no returns are accepted.
No returns will be accepted after 10 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
To return, please re-pack as received. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit.
Please do not mark the packaging in any way. Return freight fees are responsibility of the customer.

The models we offer are for adult collectors and not meant for children.
Many highly detailed items include small parts which can be dangerous
for small children under 3 years of age.
